Honeywells ACST team is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Clerk at our Chandler, AZ location.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, inventory management, and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in managing maintenance supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring availability and proper storage.
- Generate reports and summaries of maintenance activities, equipment, and maintenance performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize facility efficiency.
U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of security processing
The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance, facilities management, or administrative role
- Minimum of 3 years of experience purchasing and collaborating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Minimum of 3 years in using computer software and systems for data entry and record-keeping.
WE VALUE
- Associate or bachelors degree in business administration, project management, etc.
- Experience with SAP Systems, especially in purchasing and invoicing.
- Experience in CMMS Systems like Maximo or others.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong, self-driven personality.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using computer systems, including spreadsheets, charts, and reporting tools
