Job Summary and Qualifications
The Technical Analyst Residency Program is an apprenticeship program for junior developers, programmers, researchers, and analysts. We are providing a learning opportunity for you to gain on-the-job training and experience in the field while building a strong colleague network within the organization. You will be assigned professional development sessions, a mentor, a project, and an opportunity to learn from industry leaders in the field of healthcare technology. Technical Analyst Resident apprenticeships are 6-months long with the opportunity to be considered for conversion to a full-time employee.
What you’ll do:
- Work alongside other team members and key partners on your assigned sponsored team
- Collaborate with an assigned mentor who will help you navigate the challenges associated with being an ITG employee
- Continually grow – professionally and personally through various learning and development opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- Candidates looking to start their career in IT or re-enter the workforce
- Experience working collaboratively and clearly communicating in a professional work environment
- Self-motivated and eager candidates with a passion for solving problems
- During your time as a Technical Analyst Resident, you will be part of the solution. You will be a part of helping physicians and clinicians improve patient care, increase efficiency and solve many other critical challenges facing healthcare today.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled or recent graduate from a technical school or pursuing a Bachelors/Master’s Degree
- Interest in technology
- Must reside within the greater Caldwell, Idaho area.
