A Practice Manager (PM) contributes to AHF by providing strategic leadership and oversight at their healthcare center. They actively co- lead cross-functional teams alongside the Medical Director and Nurse Manager, ensuring effective management of day-to-day operations, employee engagement, and patient satisfaction initiatives. This dedication guarantees the seamless delivery of care in alignment with AHF's objectives of retention and census growth.
The PM's leadership extends across patient growth and retention, client experience, and operational performance. The PM also serves as the primary financial performance manager in collaboration with AHF's revenue cycle team. In addition to these responsibilities, the Practice Manager plays a crucial role in policy development, process improvement, and cultivating relationships with service providers enhancing the overall healthcare experience for AHF's clients. A PM enhances the reputation of AHF by serving as a dedicated patient advocate committed to removing obstacles to care.
Collaborating closely with the Medical Director and Nurse Manager, the Practice Manager ensures the healthcare center operates seamlessly by championing a patient-centric approach and actively fostering a supportive environment for both the healthcare team and the patients. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.
