We are seeking a Customer Service Manager, with a strong manufacturing background and extensive ERP system experience to lead our customer service team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can optimize processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive efficiency through ERP system utilization.

Job Requirements:
Manufacturing industry experience is required.
Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Proven leadership experience in a customer service or order management role.
Excellent problem-solving and process-improvement skills.
Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the customer service team to ensure top-tier client support.
Oversee order processing, inventory coordination, and fulfillment using ERP systems.
Analyze and improve work flows for enhanced customer experience and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal departments, including production, sales, and logistics, to streamline communication.
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency

Pay:
$70k-$85k/salary DOE
