What You’ll Be Doing:
- Loan Documentation: Collect, review, and organize loan documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process Applications: Assist in processing loan applications and coordinate with borrowers, underwriters, and loan officers.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on loan status and address questions or concerns.
- Record Keeping: Accurately input and maintain loan files in the system, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members, management, and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing.

What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience (At least 1 year) in the mortgage industry
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills – you’ll be interacting with clients and team members frequently.
- A desire to grow and learn more about the mortgage and real estate industries.
- A team-player attitude and enthusiasm for new challenges.
