What You’ll Be Doing:
- Loan Documentation Management: Gather, verify, and organize loan documents to ensure all requirements are met.
- Loan Processing Support: Assist with the loan application process, working closely with borrowers, underwriters, and loan officers.
- Client Updates & Communication: Keep clients informed throughout the process, addressing questions and providing timely updates.
- Maintain Records: Ensure that loan files are accurate, up-to-date, and organized in the system.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work with internal and external teams to ensure smooth loan closings and effective communication across the board.

What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing mortgage-related role
- A detail-driven mindset and the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and effective communication skills when interacting with clients and team members.
- A team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to grow and learn more about the mortgage and real estate industries.
- Positive and adaptable – ready to take on new challenges and grow with us!
