Client is seeking an upbeat and friendly individual with a passion for technology to join their team as a Sales Support Specialist. In this role, you will assist senior account managers by providing IT solutions to corporate and government clients. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, sourcing computer hardware, software, and related products, researching customer accounts, and communicating with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers. You will also support the sales team and help resolve technical challenges. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of sales or customer service experience in a related industry, such as retail or technology (e.g., wireless, Best Buy), and possess technical familiarity with computer product solutions. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and email is required.
