About the Role:
As an Assistant Machine Operator, you’ll play an essential role in supporting the operation of various machines, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently during the night shift. You will assist in machine setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure production goals are met with safety and quality as the top priority.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup and operation of machines for production processes.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Monitor machines during operation to ensure products meet quality standards.
Assist in adjusting machine settings to maintain efficiency and quality.
Record production data and maintain accurate logs of machine performance and maintenance.
Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment at all times.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in machine operation, manufacturing, or production (preferred). Ability to work night shift hours (6 PM – 4:30 AM, Monday through Thursday).
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
