We’re hiring an Office Supervisor to support the office by overseeing daily operations, assisting management, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

What You’ll Do:

? Supervise office staff and scale operations
? Manage office schedules, PTO requests, and time punches
? Assist with hiring, training, and employee relations
? Support monthly production goals and ensure policy compliance
? Provide secondary support to various departments
? Analyze and create reports to support decision-making
? Ensure office policies and procedures are followed

What You Bring:

? 3+ years of experience in office administration and staff supervision
? Strong leadership and coaching abilities
? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
? Excellent time management and organizational skills
? Ability to multitask and work independently
