About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, with a primary focus on attracting and securing top-tier talent within the industrial and construction industries. You will play a critical role in shaping our workforce and driving our continued success.

What You'll Do:

Actively source and identify qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and industry events.
Craft compelling and engaging recruitment materials, such as job descriptions and email communications.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and priorities.
Prepare candidate shortlists and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and address candidate inquiries.
Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires.
Proactively identify and develop talent pipelines for critical roles.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Contribute to the development and implementation of effective recruiting strategies.

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically within the industrial/construction industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
A results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve hiring targets.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Non-Negotiable: Must have experience in the construction/ industrial space.
