What your job duties will entail:

- Builds strong relationships with internal and external customers to create “Customers for Life”

- Facilitates office procedures
- Administers payroll processes for the branch
- Monitors Sales Tracking system data entry for the branch
- Directs customer complaint escalations for the branch
- Produces branch financial/production reports for headquarters staff
- Monitors branch accounts payables/purchase orders
- Monitors branch collections – credits and cancels accounts
- Participates in branch office staffing process with HR and Branch Manager

What you need:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office environment operations ( Exterminating prefered) 
- Excellent knowledge of Office operating systems such as Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Acts with integrity by keeping commitments
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills. 

- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication 

- Highschool Diploma or equivalent (Required)
