Billing Admin - Military Veterans

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Admin to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices, credit memos, and billing statements accurately and on time.
- Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Process payments and track outstanding balances.
- Assist with resolving billing discrepancies and disputes with clients or vendors.
- Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and provide necessary support.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper billing procedures are followed.
- Assist in generating financial reports related to billing and accounts receivable.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements related to billing and financial transactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or clerical administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and billing software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical demands:
- Office setting with standard business hours.
- May require occasional extended hours to meet deadlines.
- Interaction with internal teams and external clients.
