The electrician role will assist on the production line for electrical building and wiring before going on to test; this includes looms and small electrical assemblies.
We are looking for an experienced electrician to join our team and to undertake a variety of tasks relating to electrically wiring cabinets. This job will also involve installing electrical plates, devices/components and looming to the correct specification and expected quality.
The qualified professional we seek must possess the following abilities/skillsets:
Panel wiring/Interconnections, Wire / Cable Termination
Crimp to a high standard
Read electrical schematic diagrams, technical diagrams, and electrical layout drawings
Harness Building
Follow build notes and follow direction from management
Repair and replace components/wiring
Complete documentation
Work on a variety of build types and have the ability to upskill
General Assembly work
Strongly Preferred:
• Electrical qualification is desirable; proven electrical wiring background can be considered in lieu of qualification
• Extensive knowledge of Electrical systems, equipment, and devices
• A good understanding of which type of crimp is required for different wires
• Repair systems and ability to distinguish between different colors for wiring tasks
