Job Responsibilities
Summary:
Responsible for the handling of Sales and Shipments to all foreign customers (excluding Canada) which also includes the U.S. Exporters and Inter-Company accounts outside the United States. CSR Level 1 will provide answers and service to the customer quickly and efficiently. Day to day duties include but are not limited to replying to emails, order processing, quoting, booking of shipments, export documentation and responding to all customers inquires
Key Metrics:
High customer satisfaction, customer inquiries, orders processed and line items entered detailed on monthly bases. Customer credits and returns monitored on a monthly basis. Accurate processing of customer orders, by way of monthly audit. Accurate Processing of Export Documentation, by way of monthly audit. Export Compliant. Data Integrity.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Required - Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient computer and typing skills.
- Experience using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook) other software usage is a plus.
- Experience with SAP is suggested but not required.
- Required – Bilingual in Spanish and English
