Chief Engineer (Hybrid) - Military Veterans

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Chief Engineer to work a Hybrid schedule of 3-4 days onsite assist with the transformation of modern warfare within the space industry for a NASA program located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This will be a great opportunity to design a full suite of space-qualified hardware to navigate the most extreme environments in space.

Responsibilities:

·      Identify, track, and status technical performance measures to measure progress and ensure compliance with requirements

·      Coordinate Engineering support throughout the lifecycle of the product

·      Lead reviews of testing & analysis activity to assure compliance requirements

·      Plan research projects to develop concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements

·      Perform Embedded system architecture & design

Qualifications:

·      A Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or STEM field

·      10+ years of experience with PCB Design, simulation & layout

·      Mixed Signal Circuit Design & Simulation with various devices/circuits

·      Systems Engineering Experience (Breaking down requirements/End to End Design)

·      Experience performing worse case analysis and circuit stress analysis

·      Familiarity with RS232, RS422, RS485, SPI, I2C, LVDS, & Ethernet

Compensation Package:

·      Salary Range: 200k-250k with Relocation Assistance Package (5k)
