Entegris is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our site in Billerica, MA Headquarters (Hybrid)!

The ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist is self-directed, detail-oriented, forward thinking, analytical and driven to contribute to Entegris' reputation, growth and success. You will be the face of Entegris to candidates and set the tone for their careers at the organization. The right specialist cares about their candidates, is attentive to their needs, and is always searching for new ways to make their experience the best it can be. In this multifaceted role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team with the day-to-day recruiting functions such as scheduling interviews, corresponding with candidates, and facilitating new hire correspondence as well as be a key strategic partner on evaluation and improvement of talent acquisition activities, initiatives, system improvements & goals globally.

Responsibilities:

• Support recruiting team with scheduling interviews;
  
• Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates;
  
• Process candidate expense reports;
  
• Champion for candidate onsite and pre-boarding experience;
  
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred) and other talent acquisition metrics to ensure candidate records are complete and that the recruitment process is accurately tracked;
  
• Manages offer letter preparation through new hire onboarding;
  
• Facilitate background screening process;
  
• Partner with additional internal support teams to ensure a seamless on-boarding and Day 1 experience for new hires;
  
• Own reporting and metrics for all talent acquisition team functions globally;
  
• Analyze talent acquisition data for trends and generate ideas and solutions globally;
  
• Liaison between talent recruiting site customer success representatives, such as Glass Door & LinkedIn, and Entegris to drive candidate and recruiter utilization;
  
• Effectively cross collaborate with other teams at Entegris, such as Marketing, HR Information & Legal, to ensure alignment on talent acquisition initiatives globally;
  

Requirements:

• 1+ years of successful experience within an administrative/support function in a similarly fast paced or high-volume environment;
  
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills;
  
• Track record of delivering extraordinary customer service;
  
• Handled confidential information with discretion;
  
• Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability;
  
• Superb data analysis experience & skills to fuel critical thinking and process improvement;
  
• Must take initiative and demonstrate excellent judgment when making decisions and solving problem;
  
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication;
  
• Exceptional time management; proactive with a strong sense of urgency;
  
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (Workday Preferred);
  
• Impeccable attention to detail in a fast paced, ever changing work environment while driving the interview process from start to finish;
