Position Overview
Under general supervision and with limited authority, the Account Executive is responsible for monitoring, reconciling, and executing transactions related to client accounts in the high-risk lending industry. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, this role ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and maintains strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary customer contact via phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Process daily client funding requests.
Oversee daily collections, verifications, and accounts receivable functions.
Assess and recommend credit limits for account debtors.
Monitor and track client concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage customer-related accounting activities, identifying non-earning assets and potential write-offs.
Participate in group mailings and verification processes.
Identify and address client defaults by negotiating repayment plans or requesting additional collateral.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
College degree preferred.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of basic accounting principles.
Strong mathematical skills, including calculating percentages, ratios, and fractions.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client issues.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Experience:
Experience in accounting, collections, or a related field is preferred but not required.
