Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Construction Sales Project Manager to join our growing team in Kent, WA. This role involves overseeing project sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, sales, and project management, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales and project opportunities
Oversee project planning, execution, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry
Provide solutions to clients’ needs while maintaining high-quality service

Qualifications:

Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, prime contractors, subcontractors, and trade personnel. Responsible for scheduling and attending progress meetings as required. Provides clear instructions to installers and subcontractors, ensuring they fully understand project expectations.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10+ years of work experience or an associate degree with equivalent related work and engineering experience.

Minimum of five years of experience in the construction industry.

Must possess basic user-level knowledge of ALC programming and operations or be willing to acquire these skills through self-directed training.

Expertise in controls, electrical sales, bioelectrical systems, and commercial projects.
