Job Title: Procurement & Supply Chain Manager

General Description:
Responsible for managing procurement and supply chain operations, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, negotiation, logistics coordination, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Oversees inventory control, supplier management, and purchasing activities to support operational efficiency and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with sales to ensure product availability.
Oversee purchasing processes, order tracking, and supplier compliance.
Monitor supply chain performance and optimize logistics and transportation costs.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality management standards.
Conduct supplier audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to procurement and supply chain operations.
Support cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and cost savings.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
Experience in the food manufacturing and distribution industry preferred.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Availability for flexible work schedules, including weekends, overtime, and travel.
