Accounts Payable Clerk - Military Veterans

Currently seeking an Accounts Payable clerk for a local client of ours in the Bay Area. Our client offers great salary employee benefits and perks as well as great training and room for growth. - Process vendor invoices
- Perform 3-way matching and ensuring proper documents
- Process weekly check runs while meeting deadlines on time
- Work with new and existing vendors to ensure excellent customer support
- Process employee expenses, maintain receipts to ensure they are matching accurately
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements
- Follow up and research any discrepancies that may arise, provide timely turn around with the accounting team and vendors
- Use QuickBooks, Excel to document accounting functions
- Work closely with managers on approvals and deadlines
- Have great attention to detail and strong organization skills

Skills:
- QuickBooks experience
- Microsoft Office Suite
- 2+ years of experience supporting an accounting department
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail
- A degree is accounting is preferred but not required
