Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Catastrophic Insurance
Location: Plano, TX
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients during challenging times.

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our catastrophic insurance division, you will be the first point of contact for clients who have experienced significant losses. Your role will involve:

* Assisting clients with filing insurance claims and providing guidance throughout the claims process.
* Answering client inquiries and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
* Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and claims status.
* Collaborating with adjusters, underwriters, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate claim resolutions.
* Educating clients on policy coverage and claim procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to client calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously.
* Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring they understand each step.
* Document all client interactions and update claim information in the system.
* Coordinate with internal departments to expedite claim processing.
* Provide clients with information on additional resources and support services.
* Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care.

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
* Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field.
* Very important to have VERY GOOD EMPLOYMENT TENURE
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and professionalism.
* Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
* Knowledge of insurance policies and claims processes is a plus.
