Maintenance Supervisor - Military Veterans

AppleOne has partnered with a manufacturing company in the city of Riverside to assist them with hiring a Maintenance Supervisor. This individual must have experience supervising a team in addition to the technical requirements on the Job Description.
Experience in the Metals industry is preferred. The salary range for this position is:
$79,288 - $109,021 DOE

Responsibilities

• Configure, program (small modifications) and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controls (PLC).
• Provide programming and electrical support on production equipment
• Implement control systems software upgrade.
• Provide instrumentation, PLC, HMI/SCADA and hardware support to plant maintenance staff.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance for controls and organize electrical/control parts inventory.
• Maintain and troubleshoot industrial instruments such as: transmitters, PLC systems, meters, analyzers, automatic valves, etc.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment 480V.
• Read and Maintain P&IDs and Schematic wiring diagrams in compliance with SOP’s, QA, and MOC policies. Identifying and resolving chronic (bad actors) or longer term (threats) instrumentation asset concerns. Assist in turnaround planning and cost estimation of instrumentation work. Identify and implement new technologies and specify new instrument systems.
• Assess equipment performance data and ensure optimal and efficient performance.
• Provide on-site or remote assistance and direction to plant or contract personnel to ensure safe and effective work.
• Drive resolution of highest impact issues with a strong sense of urgency and integrity.
