Salary: $26.00-29.00/HR
Direct Hire + Excellent Benefits
Work Schedule: 8a-5p Monday-Friday
OT: On-call and Special Projects
On call rotation every 5 weeks, Friday- Friday

Location: Lennox Road, Atlanta, GA 30326

JOB SUMMARY:
Primary responsibility for operations, maintenance and repairs of building structures and equipment for assigned portfolio; leverage customer relations opportunities to promote open communication and trust between company and our customers; participate in and follow the guidelines of the safety program. Must be a team player with good communication and organization skills and work with co-workers for the good of our company, our customers, and vendors.

Job Requirements:
Fundamental knowledge of state and local building codes
Customer service skills
Basic computer skills, excel, word, outlook
Maintain a current Driver’s License
EPA Certification

Education/Experience:
A combination of no less than (3) years of experience/education in commercial office building systems maintenance. Strong communication and organizational skills highly desirable.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Work Performed:
Responsible for the overall maintenance of building, utility systems and building equipment for the portfolio
Perform a variety of general repairs, installations, and maintenance on building equipment, including changing ballasts, light bulbs and/or tubes, light switches, receptacles, door locks and general repairs refrigeration equipment, alarm and fire protection systems, piping, and tubing.
Coordinate the day-to-day maintenance activities of outside vendors and contractors.
Perform routine building inspections.
Assist with inclement/severe weather preparedness and response.
Handle other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Maintenance Manager.
