Ke`aki Technologies LLC, is seeking a Business Analyst to join our staff in San Antonio, TX. The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of information products, communicating with key stakeholders, gathering, and analyzing business and industry data, liaising between various business departments, and maintaining documentation regarding projects and business operations. The Business Analyst will also provide project coordination support both internal and external to the business for various special projects. This position requires good time management, organizational, and communication skills, with an emphasis on data collection and presentation. Job Duties Include: Accept responsibility for full life cycle of data products from analysis to development to delivery Contribute to the development of new deliverables for the organization Develop executive management artifacts Perform data validation and analysis to ensure accuracy and quality of data Contribute to documentation initiatives and group knowledge Coordinate for special projects doing outreach, information gathering, presentation of alternatives, and supporting action tracking and milestone/schedule management Support the development of processes and procedures with oversight form corporate management Interacts With: Executive Management Business Process Owners Corporate functions (Finance, Operations, Information Technology, Human Resources, BD/Proposals, and Contracts) Qualifications: Education: Bachelors of Science or Bachelors of Arts degree Required: Two to three years’ business experience in a complimentary role Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; working with pivot tables, analyzing tables of data, comfortable using data analysis formulas Average to better Microsoft Word skills Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong communication skills Ability to work to meet business deadlines successfully Excellent organizational skills since attention to detail is critical for successful outcomes Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals Desired: Strong aptitude for correlating data and finding critical data trends Familiarity with Government Contracting industry Ke’aki Technologies, LLC, is a Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) owned business.
