The Director will play a pivotal role in advancing the University?s partnerships within the food, beverage, and hospitality industries, leveraging these relationships to enhance the campus dining experience and support institutional goals. Acting in a business development capacity, this role will identify and cultivate new opportunities to strengthen the University?s position as a regional leader in dining and hospitality, exploring opportunities generate new revenue streams. Duties may include: Strategic planning Fiscal management Oversee large-scale contracts High level of customer service Collaborate with multiple stakeholders Cultivate new opportunities for campus dining Other duties as assigned
