Allied Universal has security jobs and are seeking to fill the position of a Security Flex Officer.
Must hold an active DoD Secret Clearance for consideration**
An active secret clearance is one in which the candidate is presently eligible for access
to classified information . It is assigned to information that could cause grave harm to
national security if disclosed without authorization . The clearance is active as long as
the individual is in a job requiring access to classified information .

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Shifts Available:
Flexible (on call) Day shift: 07:00AM-3:00PM
Flexible (on call) Evening shift: 3:00PM - 11:00 PM
Flexible (on call) Overnight shift: 11:00 PM-07:00 AM

The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. A Security Flex Officer acts as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions and detect and report suspicious, unsafe or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which may be a threat to the property, clients, guests or employees at the site.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
  Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements
  Walk/Stand for Long Periods of Time
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet
• Customer Service Experience

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Must possess a Department of Defense (DoD) position appropriate level security clearance (national security eligibility determinations take into account a person's stability, trustworthiness, reliability, discretion, character, honesty, and judgment)
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• Must possess one or more of the following:
• Minimum of three (3) years of security experience on a Department of Defense-cleared site
• Prior military experience
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

• Prior law enforcement or armed security experience
• Associate's degree or higher In Criminal Justice, Business, or a related field
