Job Summary:
The position will also focus on developing and enhancing network design standards and models for healthcare and campus environments. The successful candidate will ensure designs meet established standards through approval checklists and sizing models, guiding the enterprise towards simplified topologies and standardized designs. They will also stay informed about emerging technologies and create reporting methodologies to assess their impact on the existing network environment.
Additionally, the role involves identifying IT projects impacting the enterprise network, linking multiple initiatives, and overseeing their execution. The engineer will ensure that tasks are properly sequenced and that network engineers understand their broader impact. Collaboration with managers to meet project timelines is essential.
