Compensation $95k + DOE

About Us:
Our client is in need of Legal Admin that has experience in contract law (Real Estate, Corporate Mergers, Acquisitions).

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents and correspondence.
- Maintain schedules, client files, and ensure timely filings.
- Coordinate communications and assist with legal research.
- Support attorneys in contract-related legal processes.
- Experience with reviews, signature packets, finalizing documents and distribution.
- Prepare expense reports, time sheets and travel arrangements
- Hold or obtain Notary License

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary for a law firm who handles contract law (ideally 5+ years)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; legal terminology knowledge required.
- Paralegal certification (preferred).
