Our team is dedicated to helping patients achieve beautiful smiles, and we are currently seeking a passionate and organized Orthodontic Front Desk Representative to join our practice. English/Spanish
M-Th; 8a-5 and Fri; 8a-1p
Main location: North Charleston but flexible to float some to Summerville location as well

Responsibilities:

-Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
-Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
-Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and provide information on services and treatments.
-Maintain and update patient records accurately in our practice management software.
-Verify insurance information and assist patients with understanding their benefits.
-Collect payments and process billing inquiries.
-Coordinate with the orthodontic team to ensure smooth patient flow.
-Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
-Handle general office duties, including filing, faxing, and organizing patient files.

Qualifications:
-1-2 years medical admin experience
-BIGGEST THING: "friendliest person you've ever met"- needs to have a passion for people and customer service. Great phone voice that makes patients feel warm and welcomed
