Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our CIB Operations Business Solutions team. This role will be responsible for supporting regulatory reporting related to Qualified Financial Contracts (QFC), specifically focusing on the implementation of a newly published rule. As a key team member, you will play a vital role in standing up the project, gathering requirements, analyzing large datasets, and coordinating efforts to comply with the new rule. You will drive the execution of the project and collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure successful deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the project, establishing timelines, tracking issues, and ensuring timely execution.
• Conduct interviews with other Lines of Business (LOBs) to gather relevant data.
• Analyze and reconcile large datasets across multiple business units to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with business teams and technology to define and agree on project requirements.
• Create JIRA user stories and requirements to implement the necessary changes to support project goals.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings, ensuring progress is tracked and communicated effectively.
• Develop user test scripts and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for process standardization and automation.
• Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations to provide regular project updates.
• Write and deliver monthly executive summaries to keep leadership informed.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify and manage dependencies with other ongoing projects.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong expertise in QFC (Qualified Financial Contracts) recordkeeping and related regulatory requirements.
• Project Management/Business Analysis: Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects, including creating roadmaps, tracking issues, and delivering on project milestones.
• Change Management: Experience handling change management processes and ensuring smooth transitions in regulatory and system changes.
• Data Analysis: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to reconcile and analyze large datasets.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to perform interviews, create clear summaries, write user stories, and lead project meetings.
• Agile Methodology: Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile frameworks.
• Presentations: Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint to create clear and engaging presentations and executive-level updates.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in Capital Markets or Corporate & Investment Banking environments.
• Experience in Regulatory Reporting related to QFC Recordkeeping
