ServiceNow Technical Lead Architect with experience in specializing in ServiceNow products development, consulting and delivering solutions across various ServiceNow product lines. Architected futuristic, sustainable solutions for large-scale organizations. Collaborate with stakeholders across cross-functional domains, and technical and Leadership teams to roll out GRC-wide initiatives. You will execute multiple projects parallelly through effective planning, situational adaptation, and strong decision-making capabilities. This position reports to the Director Governance, Risk & Compliance. You will support GRC leadership and other leadership teams incl. SMEs to support business requirements & deployment. You will support other additional GRC critical projects on required basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical architect providing expertise across various ServiceNow modules including ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), modules, custom application and platform maintenance.
- Functional knowledge about Governance, Risk & Compliance to support enhancement and build requirements
- Responsible for end-to-end maintenance of IRM & TPRM modules including development, deploying upgrades, testing.
- Expertise in tailoring ServiceNow products in alignment with the Integrated Risk Management & Third-Party Risk Management requirements.
- Build & execute technical product roadmap in alignment with business strategic goals, streamline platform governance, maintenance procedures, develop coding standards.
- Perform regular gap analysis on the existing capabilities and lead the standardization across GRC modules & its critical dependencies
- Support performance analytics for reporting including integration with other systems for automation (Splunk, LEAP, One trust, Fusion etc..), user account and access management, and request fulfillment
- Consistently deliver value by improving core platform capabilities and alignment with future product releases
- Collaborate with stakeholders across cross-functional domains, and technical and Leadership teams to roll out organization-wide initiatives.
- Responsible for UI Builder Now experience
- Execute multiple projects parallelly through effective planning, situational adaptation, and strong decision-making capabilities.
- Adoption of AI capabilities/tools within ServiceNow.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- Must have IT background and working knowledge on IT Technologies and contemporary tools: ITSM GRC IRM & VRM
- Prefer experience on HRSD ITAM(HAM) ITOM(Discovery) CSM Integrations Service Portal Performance Analytics UI Builder Now experience
- Prefer candidate with minimum 10 years experience as ServiceNow Technical Architect & specializing in ServiceNow consulting including delivering solutions across various ServiceNow product lines.
- Architected futuristic, sustainable solutions in both medium and large-scale organizations.
- Demonstrate ability to manage medium to large scale projects
- Customer focus, including the ability to prioritize the diverse needs of multiple business needs
- Strong risk analysis and problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent project management skills, project management certification a plus
- Must have the ability to work well under pressure and comfortable dealing with competing priorities
- Must be a self-starter; Experience working with external partners/vendors, customers and data providers

- ITIL, Business Continuity & PMP certification
- Experience with MS Office, Project Management, Agile and Waterfall techniques
- Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision.
- Ability to prioritize, influence and work with cross-functional global teams
- Knowledge in other ServiceNow products - Development and implementation and experience
- Ability to foster good relationships, work independently and in collaboration with global teams
