Respiratory Care Practitioner - Respiratory Therapy - Per Diem 12 Hour Nights - Military Veterans

Under direct supervision of the Clinical Manager, and as directed by physician, provide for excellent patient care through the assessment of patients cardio-pulmonary status, by set up and operation of various types of respiratory care equipment to be utilized in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease and/or illness and by interdisciplinary team member collaboration.

Minimum Education:Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy, bachelors degree in respiratory therapy preferred.Minimum Experience/Knowledge:1-2 years of experience working as a Respiratory Therapist in an Acute Care Hospital setting preferred. Required License/Certification:Valid California Respiratory Care Practitioner License. RRT and CRT Licensure required for employees hired 11/01/19 or later.NRP, BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required from the American Heart Association.Annual AB 508 Certification.
