Your role in our future
Parcel Pending by Quadient is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth by employing effective sales strategies. You will be responsible for accelerating market share across assigned accounts through strategic account planning, sales execution, and fostering executive relationships.
- B2B sales success, ideally in multifamily housing or commercial real estate.
- Salesforce CRM proficiency.
- Effective time management and solution/value-based selling experience.
- Prospect, research, and qualify sales opportunities within assigned territory.
- Manage full sales cycles from lead-generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, tracking prospects, client activities, and sales forecasts.
- Provide regular account and pipeline reports, discussing sales strategy with management.
- Develop short-term, mid-term, and long-term account strategies based on account potential and penetration.
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers to understand business needs and timelines.
- Participate in marketing events to promote Quadient's products/services.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas.
- Travel within a specific region 25%-50%, attending industry tradeshows and conferences as required.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in, or experience.
- 5-7 years of outside sales experience, exceeding assigned quotas.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and complex sales cycle management.
- Experience in multifamily housing or related commercial real estate is preferred.
- Ability to forecast accurately and execute sales strategies using a consultative approach.
- Proven track record of driving revenue with strong relationship building skills.

This position has a target base salary of:
$90,000.00
and annual commission target of:
$105,000.00
Quadient, Inc. has target base salary and target incentive compensation for our sales roles, that are based on function, level, and scope.
