Customer Support Representative - Military Veterans

AppleOne is proud to present:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will work on-site five days per week, supporting customers in the US, Canada, and Latin America. Your hours may vary depending on the region you are assisting. In this role, you will execute administrative tasks related to Suppression parts and products, while maintaining positive verbal and written interactions with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
? Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions
? Review and close disputes with the collections team
? Follow up and coordinate internal resolutions for customer concerns
? Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and issue credits
? Manage customer service cases in Salesforce.com
What We’re Looking For:
?? Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
?? Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
?? Strong task management and attention to detail
?? Active listening and excellent communication skills
?? Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com, SAP, or JD Edwards
?? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
?? Bilingual skills are a plus!
