Are you a skilled Product Owner with deep expertise in Workday Payroll and a passion for driving HR and business transformation? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic Human Resources (HR) Transformation & Products Team as a Senior Lead Product Owner, Workday Payroll!

This role is pivotal in shaping the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our US Payroll product. As part of a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, you'll work closely with HR and business leaders across the organization to tackle complex challenges and implement innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the US Payroll product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, business leaders, and technical teams to define product requirements and prioritize solutions.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum processes and deliverables for effective execution of payroll products.
  • Provide expert consultation on complex business and technical challenges across Product Management.
  • Influence and guide the strategy for long-term, large-scale solutions that require innovation and creative problem-solving.
  • Engage directly with senior leadership to provide insight into strategic and innovative product management solutions.



Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management or a combination of relevant work experience, education, or training.
  • Proven expertise with Workday and Payroll systems, with deep knowledge of US payroll operations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methods.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while building credibility and providing leadership.



Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Workday Payroll integration with other tools.
  • Prior experience managing Canada payroll products is a plus.
  • Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving change.
