We are seeking a Strategic Lead to spearhead the establishment of Centralized Payment Solutions that will enhance our digital and physical payment processing capabilities. This role is critical in driving strategic initiatives to streamline payment processes, enhance dealer and customer experience, and support our growth in the digital economy.

Position Overview:

The Strategic Lead for Centralized Payments Solutions will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for both digital and physical payment processing solutions. This role will involve cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, and the development of a comprehensive payment strategy that aligns with our company's objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of payment systems, regulatory compliance, and emerging payment technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Lead the creation of a strategic roadmap for the centralized payment solutions organization , including goals, objectives, and performance metrics.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in payment processing.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders (IT, Finance, Marketing, and Operations) and external partners (payment acquirers, banks, and technology providers) to design and implement effective payment solutions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all payment processing solutions comply with applicable laws and regulations, including PCI DSS, GDPR, and other relevant standards.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project management of payment initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Dealer and Customer Experience: Advocate for a customer-centric approach in payment processing, ensuring ease of use, security, and satisfaction for both digital and physical transactions.
· Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of payment initiatives and optimize processes based on data-driven insights.

What Skills You Need

  • 7+ years of experience in payment processing, financial services, or related fields, with a strong focus on both physical and digital payments. - Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and managing cross functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of payment technologies, trends, and best practices in both digital and physical environments.
  • Experience and familiarity with Global Card Brands/Associations, local payment schemes and alternative payment methods.
  • Proven experience in execution of payment pricing strategies and performance levers.
  • Demonstrated partner integration and client stakeholder experience.
  • Fraud mitigation strategy experience.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in payment processing.
What Makes You Stand Out

  • 10+ years of experience in payment processing, financial services, or related fields.
Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Master's Degree or Equivalent Level
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
