As an HR Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives at our Deer Valley, Phoenix Location. In this role, you will be accountable for partnering with various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development. You will partner with business guides to comprehend their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and facilitation. As an HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs that foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement. As a people guide at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and assisting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company.
You will report directly to a Sr HR Manager and youll work out of our Deer Valley, Phoenix, AZ location.
In this role, you will impact the organization by handling employee relations matters, assisting the performance management process, identifying training and development needs, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Facilitate the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in HR management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, people-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
