The jobholder is responsible for all facets of travel for college faculty/staff/students including the initial request to travel, the closeout of the travel and the tracking of all outstanding travel. This is not a travel agent position. The clerk is also responsible for review and approval of procurement card reconciliations for proper coding and sales/use tax accruals. S/he assists with the year-end close out process as necessary. Education Required: High School diploma with a minimum of one-year applicable experience required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience that provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be evaluated on an individual basis. Education Preferred: Associate Degree in Accounting Experience Preferred: Three years general office experience, including accounting and related functions, preferred.
