The Role: 

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Equipment Product Management team in Round Rock, Texas. As part of the Equipment PM team, you will assist in managing products/projects relating to chemical delivery systems, while working with cross-functional teams comprised of sales, manufacturing, supply chain, technology, finance, and other functions. You will also interact with internal/external customers, serve as the commercial lead for new products being developed through the company’s new product introduction process and have direct involvement in the product development. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Manage products such as chemical delivery systems, containers and ampoules. 
• Respond to requests for product information from Customer, Sales and Customer Service as needed using Entegris Systems – SAP/ETQ. 
• Interface with customer quality, sourcing and account teams to help improve product capabilities using a customer focused vision. 
• Partner with Customer quality, R&D, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Engineering to resolve customer issues and inquiries. 
• Interface with the global sales organizations, influencing and directing action to meet business objectives. 
• Provide strategic, technical and pricing guidance to sales proposals. 
• Develop strong product cost of ownership models and business cases to support new initiatives. 
• Work with Engineering on internal product change control – Bill of Materials, Routings, Costing. 
• Manage Product Literature (Product Brochures, User manuals, Technical Sheets and Promotional materials). 
• Develop demand forecasts for products with documented assumptions and risks. 
• Identify and implement market share growth opportunities. 
• Assist in defining and execute product strategy including partner alliances and product roadmaps. 
• Work with factory, supply chain and contract manufacturers to ensure timely order execution, fixing short-term issues preventing shipments while identifying long-term improvements to business processes.
