Position Summary
Provide administrative support to operations executive team on a national Telecommunications Project. This is a hybrid position that will sit in the Philadelphia PA office as needed.
Job duties will include file management (paper and electronic), document reproduction as needed, invoice tracking and receiving, purchase requisition dispositions, purchasing and maintenance of office supplies as needed by the staff, credit-card purchase reconciliations, assisting site staff with daily reports and tracking, and shipping and receiving packages and/or site supplies. Job will require travel as needed for meeting support and event coordination as required.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be capable of working effectively in a construction related field setting. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, self-starting team player who is organized and able to work effectively in both a team environment and with minimal supervision.
Relative experience in a site or office environment. Computer literacy in the basic Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.

Essential Functions: Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting to 20 pounds. Hand manipulation is required for grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation. Right and/or left hands utilized. Need to reach and/or work above the shoulder, as well as below the shoulder for same.
