Are you a junior or senior Electrical Engineering student looking for an exciting summer internship to enhance your skills and gain hands-on experience? Join MEPPI’s 2025 Summer Internship Program and work on innovative projects with industry professionals!
What You'll Do:
- Conduct power flow studies, short circuit analysis, and stability assessments using industry-standard software such as Powerworld, PSLF, and PSSE.
- Collaborate with engineers and support the integration of renewable energy sources into the power grid, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
- Develop and implement Python scripts to optimize engineering processes.
- Engage with industry leaders and receive mentorship throughout your internship.
- Present your summer achievements to MEPPI’s management team.
- Participate in company philanthropic activities.
Qualifications:
- Current junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Systems.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Interest in the Power Industry.
- Experience with MS Office; prior internship experience is a plus.
