This position is responsible for teaching welding classes face-to-face. Must evaluate and report student performance and progress in courses in accordance with college and division policies and procedures. Duties include, but are not limited to, teaching classroom lecture courses, curriculum development/restructuring, and helping in student success. Required 6000 hours of welding work experience OR possess a combination of an associate degree in welding technology and at least 3,000 hours of recent, relevant tested welding experience. Expertise should include GMAW, SMAW, Oxy-Acetylene, and GTAW welding as well as cutting processes, safety, and blueprint reading. Ability to pass a background check, have a valid U.S. Driver?s License and good driving record. Preferred Knowing sign language
