In This Role You Will

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives of the Operational Risk Management (RCSA) activities
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations Manage task delivery timelines through clear and complete communication
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures Strategize, consult, collaborate, influence, and manage projects / products involving leaders, executive management, partners, and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners in evaluating, documenting, and articulating business requirements
  • Conduct complex data analysis
  • Articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
  • Identify and recommend strategic data solutions
  • Conduct root cause analysis of identified issues
  • Create clear and compelling presentations with exceptional strategic "storytelling" skills
  • Design complete process flow documentation
  • Leverage Agile Methodology


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.


Desired Qualifications
  • 2+ years KYC/Financial Crimes experience
  • Experience with RCSA, issues management, corrective actions, control design and implementation
  • Working system/platform experience with HOGAN, Cornerstone, WCIS and EPIC
  • Knowledge of the product management discipline
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with an entrepreneurial mindset, create shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive change
  • Experience creating and managing roadmaps, strategies, and products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery
  • Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed and complex environment
  • Ability to create strong professional partnerships
  • Experience designing process flows
  • Excellent Organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, executive and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple high priority, high complexity, and high-risk efforts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge and understanding of business requirements gathering and translation to technical requirements
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, MS Teams, and SharePoint) skills
