MD Analytics and Research - Military Veterans

Spearhead data-driven decision-making across digital product initiatives. This role is essential to advancing the organization’s understanding of customer behavior, operational performance, and market trends. Reporting to the VP of Digital Product, you will lead a team of analysts and researchers to deliver actionable insights that align with FedEx’s strategic goals, enabling the development of world-class digital products. This role demands technical expertise in analytics, strong business acumen, and a commitment to fostering collaboration and innovation.

Essential Functions

• Define and execute analytics strategies, adopt advanced tools (e.g., machine learning, A/B testing), develop KPIs/dashboards, and align data efforts with business objectives to measure and optimize product success. 
• Build a high-performing analytics team by hiring for specific data skills, mentoring team members to enhance their technical and leadership abilities, and fostering continuous learning to grow the skills of the existing team. 
• Deliver actionable insights by analyzing customer behavior and trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed data into the product lifecycle, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth. 
• Oversee user research initiatives such as usability testing and customer surveys, ensuring findings are translated into actionable recommendations that inform product design and prioritization. 
• Align analytics insights with business goals, communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences, integrate innovative tools and frameworks, and optimize resources to maximize impact. 
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $12,476.52/month - $22,873.62/month

Additional Details: The desired location for this position is Memphis, TN. This position may be located anywhere within the US excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work hybrid at a FedEx Campus location.
