People and Culture Analyst - Military Veterans

Basic Purpose: The People and Culture Analyst supports cultural initiatives, assists with data collection and analysis, and contributes to the development of programs that enhance organizational culture. This role is ideal for an execution-minded team player who excels in cross-functional project management. The People and Culture Analyst works closely with business units and functional teams to ensure the success of all culture-related projects. This position requires strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills to develop solutions for complex issues.
Essential Duties:
- Contribute to the ideation and creation of content for culture workshops and events.
- Assist in organizing culture & inclusion events, workshops, and training sessions, including the coordination and logistics of culture-related programs.
- Manage communication and logistics for culture and inclusion initiatives.
- Oversee and support the implementation of company-wide culture programs.
- Gather and analyze data to support inclusion objectives and other cultural initiatives.
- Develop and design materials that promote organizational values and culture.
- Maintain records of cultural initiatives, including attendance, outcomes, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with HR, Communications, and leadership teams to align culture and inclusion goals across departments.
- Act as a liaison between employee resource groups (ERGs), networks, and the inclusion leadership team.
- Research and recommend employee engagement strategies that promote inclusion.
- Stay updated on workplace culture trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks to provide informed recommendations.
- Source and/or facilitate training and workshops to improve engagement in collaboration with Learning and Development (L&D).
- Support special projects, such as the Legacy Center initiative.
- Track I&D program progress, analyze results, and report findings.
- Analyze data related to recognition, employee engagement, leader engagement, and cultural trends.
- Participate in training to build knowledge of organizational development and culture-related concepts.
Eduacation and Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, or Communications
Experience:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Internships or co-op programs in HR, organizational development, or related fields preferred.
- Part-time or full-time work involving employee engagement, event planning, or data analysis preferred.
- Volunteer experience related to team building, culture initiatives, or diversity efforts preferred.
Additional Qualifications and Skills:

- Familiarity with tools or platforms:
- Survey software (e.g., Microsoft Forms, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
- Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Basic knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or UKG).
Strong skills in:
- Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Research and report writing.
Key Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Familiarity with survey tools (e.g., Forms, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) is a plus.
- Interest in workplace culture, employee engagement, and DEI.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
