Senior Associate Director, Executive Education Initiatives - Military Veterans

Job Description:
- As a senior member of the Executive Education team, participates in establishing objectives, long-term goals, policies, and procedures with the Executive Education Associate Dean and Directors.
- Assists in developing, coordinating and managing project plan life-cycle, including financials, of all programs in alignment with Executive Education KPIs.
- Manages vendor contracts and relationships with external partners.
- Manages pipeline of existing and new revenue growth initiatives.
- Coordinates and facilitates internal/external team meetings.
- Liaise with Chicago Booth faculty on specific new programs and special projects.
- Provides market research and competitive intelligence support.
- Works on strategic special projects to support revenue growth and overall business strategy.
- Partners with internal stakeholders, such as accounting, finance, contracts, legal, risk, and operations, to prioritize quality control and customer experience for programs and initiatives.
- Ensures client, faculty and external partner satisfaction on end-to-end operating model and process.
- Hires, onboards, trains and evaluates staff and external faculty, as needed.
- Plans and develops program objectives, long-term goals, and procedures, which requires specialized knowledge and experience in this area. Plans, implements, and evaluates the effectiveness of programs, initiating revisions as needed.
- Serves as a key resource for program information. Resolves problems or questions referred by program staff, University administrators, or other contingencies.
- Performs other related work as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Master's degree.
Experience:
- A minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience.
- Previous team and budget management experience.
- Background negotiating with partners and clients and managing contracts.
Technical Skills or Knowledge:
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Cvent, and Microsoft Office, especially MS PowerPoint and Excel.

- Work independently and nimble with little supervision; possess a self-motivated disposition; identify opportunities for improvement and recommend effective changes, all while achieving key objectives resulting in desired outcomes.
- Excellent strategic planning, critical thinking, analytical, and persuasion skills.
- Handle multiple detailed tasks/projects simultaneously and balance different priorities of the team.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and diplomatically with colleagues, as well as with students, faculty and corporate contacts in a multitude of communication methods i.e., in person, email, phone.
- Professional demeanor, including tact, discretion, and a customer service-oriented approach.
Working Conditions
- Work flexible hours according to demands of business.
- Travel internationally for programs or initiatives, as needed.
- This position is currently expected to work a minimum three days per week in the office.
