Sr. Assistant Director of Enrollment Services Marketing & Communications - Military Veterans

The Senior Assistant Director of Marketing & Communications position coordinates communication and outreach efforts for enrollment services, primarily for undergraduate admissions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The position supports the communication efforts across enrollment services with a primary emphasis on admissions. This will include but is not limited to writing, editing and proofreading internal and external outreach such as letters, call scripts and e-mails, managing e-mail campaigns in the CRM system. Building campaigns in the CRM system and managing content and rules for CRM system generated campaigns is also an important part of this position. This position coordinates heavily with various vendors and web directories on web content, messaging, search coordination, mailings and advertising.
This position also works closely with the Web team to provide content and updates to enrollment services web pages, web forms and information portals. The individual also monitors and provides content for multiple social media outlets as well as conducts and creates on-line survey tools as needed. The individual works closely with University Relations on publications management and inventory and also coordinates student interviews & photoshoots. The individual also participates in major admission events such as Open Houses. This will require weekend and evening hours on occasion.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum of 3 years of relevant Admissions experience
Strong communication skills, specifically written communication
Strong organizational and planning skills
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree preferred
1 year of experience with Technolutions Slate preferred
Salary Grade:
AD150 - Administrative
Exempt/Nonexempt: Exempt
Physical Demands: General Office Environment
