WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The Telefundraising and Donor Care Director will be responsible for demonstrating subject matter expertise in end-to-end phone channel strategy and operations. This position requires an experienced professional with strong communication skills (both written and verbal), project management skills, data analysis and reporting, and collaborative skills.

1. Formulate and develop the strategy for marketing activities or services, to include product management, market research, advertising and public relations, marketing communications, business partners, or electronic marketing.

2. Develop goals to support the objectives of the organization, and implement actions required to achieve success.

3. Develop and analyze reports for the purpose of interpreting market conditions and potentials for increasing the organization's public awareness, product and service base, and/or donor base.

4. Provide effective leadership in recognizing, rewarding and motivating staff to exceptional performance. Establish the vision and goals for the unit, communicate the vision, build consensus, provide appropriate resources, and delegate responsibility for others to implement.

Establish operating policies and procedures that affect departments and subordinate sections and work units.  Interpret company-wide policies and procedures.  Develop budgets, schedules, and performance standards. Interface with executive leadership.

This position is 100% Remote

The salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000/yr.

This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded.

Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.

Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.

Management Experience: 5 years of management experience.

Skills & Abilities: Exemplary interpersonal, verbal, listening and written communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.  Ability to work on a team.

Travel: May require 10 – 20% travel.
