Graduate Recruitment (Temporary) University of Notre Dame The University of Notre Dame ( ND.jobs ) is accepting applications for a Graduate Recruitment (Temporary) . The Temporary Recruitment Assistant will provide critical administrative and clerical support to the Enrollment Program Director at the University of Notre Dame Graduate School. This role involves assisting with recruitment activities, admissions processes, and supporting the Summer Research Opportunities Program (SROP). The position is essential to connecting diverse student groups with resources, managing special projects, and contributing to the Graduate School's mission to attract and support top-tier graduate students. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment Support: Provide support for traveling staff and student recruiters to ensure effective representation of the Graduate School. Act as a conduit for connecting prospects, applicants, incoming and current students, and alumni with the services and resources available through the Graduate School and the University. 2. Special Projects: Work on research projects and assignments as directed by the Enrollment Program Director and Associate Dean of Recruitment and Admissions. Contribute to initiatives designed to enhance recruitment strategies and student engagement. 3. Student Support: Provide assistance to diverse student groups, ensuring they have access to resources and opportunities to thrive at Notre Dame. Support communications and outreach efforts to strengthen connections between prospective and current students, alumni, and faculty. 4. Summer Research Opportunities Program (SROP): Support the planning, coordination, and execution of the SROP program, which brings undergraduate students to campus for several weeks each summer to work with Notre Dame faculty. Assist in tracking program participants and ensuring smooth program logistics. 5. Admissions Support: Review application fee waiver requests to ensure compliance with Graduate School policies. Assist with maintaining accurate applicant data in the CRM system (e.g., Slate). 6. General Administrative Tasks: Organize and maintain records, files, and databases related to recruitment and admissions activities. Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and assist with travel arrangements as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Microsoft and Google applications, manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment, communicate and interact positively and effectively with staff and students, possess sound judgement and strong organizational skills, and demonstrate problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: A working knowledge of online university applications and enterprise systems is helpful, but not required.
