Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly performance targets and sales goals.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Update and maintain CRM systems with customer information and call notes.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.

Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection.
Goal-oriented with a positive, self-motivated attitude.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software (preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
